Shipping Policies

Please expect your orders to shipped out within a week or two, depending on how big the order is. Please make sure to select the correct shipping option depending on your order, as this will help me keep track of shipping. Tracking will be shared with you once it has been shipped out. All orders will be dropped off at the postal office anytime between 9am-5pm from Mon-Fri. Orders may take about 3-5 or 7-10 business days to be delivered to you. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact me at shiningleeshop@gmail.com and I will do my best to help.

Please note that for any orders that are $45 and above, your order will automatically be eligible for free shipping. 

 

Custom Hand-Painted Cards: These will take 2-3 days for me to paint & pack up to ship out, and will be delivered to you within 3-5 with regular delivery and a tracking number will be shared with you.

-- Rush Orders (Only for Custom Hand-Painted Cards): There will be an additional charge of $5 if you request for it to be delivered within 2-3 days. You can select this option in your cart if you need this to be a rush order.

 

Smaller orders (for smaller orders): These will be mailed out in stamped envelopes and are about ~73 cents. So please make sure to select "Stamped Envelope Shipping" in checkout if you are only getting a small number of stickers (5 stickers max). Stamped envelopes do not have tracking, but I will email you to let you know that it has been shipped and if it is domestic, it may take up to 3-7 or 5-10 days for international orders to be delivered.

If you order more than just stickers and/or several 4x6 prints and other larger items like an 8x10 print, these will instead be shipped as Priority Mail/First Class and sent in a bubble mailer or other packaging that best fits the order.

 

USPS Priority Mail: This will be used for hand-painted custom cards and larger orders (8x10 prints and several more 4x6 prints) and there will be a $3 shipping fee for these packages. These will be sent out in a rigid or bubble mailer. A tracking number will emailed to you as well. This shipping typically takes 3-5 days to arrive, but may take up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive if there are delivery delays.

 

Refunds: I will issue a full refund to you if your orders have never arrived to the right destination. In order to receive the full refund, please use the Contact Form and share the correct order number and/or some form of proof of purchase so that I can make sure it is authentic. If your products come damaged during transit, only a partial refund will be issued, as I have no control over how shipping is handled after I drop packages off at the post office. Reshipments are available if requested.

If you purchase any items from me, you may share on social media, but please make sure to credit and tag me so that I can see! If you see anyone stealing my art or trying to make a profit off of my art outside of my website or outside of my official social media accounts (Shiningleeshop on IG/Shining Lee Shop Facebook page/Shiningleeshop on TikTok/my art IG Shin_leeart/shiningshin on bluesky/Shiny Shin Lee on Twitch and Youtube), please kindly use the Contact Form and let me know ASAP, so that I can deal with it in a professional manner.
